Whole School Provision Map for SEND

St Georges CVA WHOLE SCHOOL PROVISION MAP MAY 2026

At our school, we are committed to ensuring that every child is supported to thrive. Our Whole School Provision Map explains how we identify, assess and respond to the needs of pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). It provides information about the support, strategies and interventions available across the school, helping parents and carers understand how we work together to meet each child’s individual needs. We encourage families to explore the above document and contact us if they would like to discuss the support available for their child.

Edukey

At St George’s, we use a platform called Edukey to log all of our SEN plans, as well as extra interventions and provisions we put in place for our pupils. From this year, parents will now be able to access their child’s SEN/additional needs plan online at home.

Please see the below letter for more information.

Edukey Information Letter for Parents

You will need your unique access code which has been/can be provided by your child’s class teacher.
